American rapper Cardi B has described Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye as "really sweet" and "very kind" after the pair were spotted together for the third time, further fuelling speculation about a possible romantic relationship.
The latest sighting occurred in Italy on Thursday, shortly after Okoye featured in Udinese's 2-1 comeback victory over Venezia in the Coppa Italia Round of 32.
Speaking during a dinner with friends at a waterfront restaurant in Venice, Cardi B spoke warmly about the Nigerian international.
"He was really sweet. When you see him on social media, he looks very strict and stern, but he is very kind. I hope to see more of him," she said.
The pair were first seen together during the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week, where they sat side by side before later being spotted chatting at a private event.
They were subsequently seen together again in Venice, while their latest appearance in Italy has intensified rumours about their relationship.
Despite being photographed together on multiple occasions in France and Italy since July, neither Cardi B nor Okoye has publicly confirmed they are dating.
Okoye, who plays for Italian Serie A club Udinese and Nigeria's Super Eagles, has attracted growing attention off the pitch this year with appearances at major fashion and sporting events, including Paris Fashion Week and the Formula One British Grand Prix.
For now, both Cardi B and the Nigerian goalkeeper have remained silent on the nature of their relationship, leaving fans to continue speculating.
