A young lawyer, Onyesom Peace Udoka, has reportedly been kidnapped on her way home from the recently concluded Call to the Bar ceremony held at Abuja.

Udoka, a graduate of the Enugu Campus of the Nigerian Law School, was said to be travelling from Abuja to Benin when she was abducted.

According to a post by a colleague, her last known location was near Lokoja, Kogi State, before contact was lost around 12 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2025.

Her phone numbers, 08135538123 and 08058525334, have also been circulated as part of efforts to trace her whereabouts.

The incident has thrown her colleagues and family into deep concern, with appeals made to members of the public who may have useful information to urgently contact the appropriate authorities.
