βThis isnβt my victory alone, itβs ours to behold and celebrate,β she declared.
Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan singled out the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Womanifesto, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), political parties, and other groups that stood firm in demanding accountability and justice throughout the process.
She also paid tribute to her husband, children, and βthe many heroes who have become family in the cause of our pursuit for justice,β assuring them of her βendless gratitude.β
Reaffirming her faith in Nigeria, she said the collective sacrifices of the people would ultimately yield a fairer and more equitable country.
βOn God, People and Country,β she concluded, signing off as βProudly Kogi Central.β
